Global Platinum + Gold, Inc. Announces Plan to Apply for OTC Bulletin Board

SALT LAKE CITY, March 15/PRNewswire/--The following is being issued by Global Platinum + Gold, Inc. (OTC:GPGI-news):

Global plans to apply for membership on the NASD “OTC Bulletin Board” as soon as practicable after the proposed reorganization with PGM Corporation is completed later this month. Membership on the OTC Bulletin Board will substantially expand the ability of Global to attract new investors and retail market makers. In order for the application to be accepted, it will be necessary for Global to file with the Securities Exchange Commission its registration statement on Form 10SB, which, when filed, will make Global a full reporting company.

With regards to construction of the new plant, preparation for the same proceeds on schedule with a contemplated operational date of June, 2005.
