To Stockholders and Interested Parties:

Sorry to be so long in posting information on the new website; had a few personal problems but am ready to get back in the saddle so to speak.  Most of you know about the merger with the PGM Corporation from past releases, and the sale of the 200 acres for $3.2 million to get the necessary operating capital needed to continue the operation, so I won't digress into those facets as the main question is "what is actually happening now?"

Scott Gardner, President of GPGI has been devoting 100% of his time to getting the company back on stream and operating like a company should operate.  He has been working with Robert Nielsen, who has been invaluable in moving all the books and records to the new office site, and working with the new accountant to bring your company into compliance so the final audit can be completed and the new stock registered with the Securities & Exchange Commission.  He has hired a well-known engineer to assist in getting the needed exemption/permit to begin the building of the facility, and the next few weeks should see that in place.  He has moved your company into a new office at 6320 East Thomas Road, Suite 214, Scottsdale, Arizona 85251, with a new phone number of 480-946-1242.  Please do not be disappointed if you get the answering service when you call; just leave your name and number and a brief message and someone will call you back as soon as possible.

As soon as the permit has been obtained, the facility , which Gardner has already contracted for, will be on its way to completion; concrete will be poured and the building erected.  Expect to see pictures on your website every so often so you can be kept abreast of what is really going on, either on a weekly or daily basis.

I personally wish to thanks Richard Jensen and Robert Nielsen for their work in keeping your company alive for the past number of years.  It took a lot of work and fortitude to do that.  And thanks to all of you for being so patient; I feel certain you all will be greatly rewarded in the long run.
