Information Submitted by Russell Twiford, Vice President in charge of Research and Operations

This is an update to the March 20, 2006 News Release issued by Global Platinum + Gold, Inc.

In an effort to clarify for our stockholders and any other interested parties, the 120-day statement made in the March 20, 2006 News Release that the plant should be “constructed and fully operational” in 120 days, should have read:  120 days after the permit/exemption has been obtained [the construction of the facility can be started and become fully operational].

The required permit/exemption has not yet been received primarily because of the tremendous amount of building activity presently going on in Pinal County.  However, the permit/exemption is in the works and we are doing everything we can to move it along as fast as possible.  Once the permit/exemption has been obtained, you will be notified and the construction of the facility will commence.  Please have patience as we are dealing with bureaucratic entities that are notorious for their lack of speed.
