Update To Shareholders

8-23-10

From the desk of Russell Twiford, Vice President and CEO:

I apologize for the extended period of time between updates as we have been awaiting final National Institute of Justice (NIJ) certification of the Kryron Terminator Armor. Multiple plates were sent to the Chesapeake Lab, an independent ballistics testing laboratory by JBIT and performed beautifully as a STAND ALONE, LEVEL III MULTI-IMPACT ARMOR.  The plates were then returned to NIJ for further tests and certification. We understand all final application papers have been filed and could expect the certification to be granted at any time. During this interim period we have demonstrated the plates for a number of state and federal agencies and investor groups. We have also participated in the testing of the aluminum alloy for other industrial applications, very exciting prospects that will be reported on later as they are more fully tested and developed. Check out some of the videos on JBIT’S new website: www.jbitusa.com

As you know, Global is a licensee of JBIT, Inc. and Bourque Alloys, LLC that authorizes Global to manufacture the “Kryron” utilized in the creation of the aluminum alloy that gives the alloy its amazing characteristics, such as hardness, enhanced electrical conductivity and heat dissipation, among others. No one has even begun to explore the thousands of industrial uses for this metal and others that have been infused with Kryron. We believe that all the hard work over the past few months is ready to pay off and that funding for the armor, as well as other projects is imminent. The future of the Company has never looked brighter.  Thank you for continued loyal support.
