Update To Shareholders 11-30-2009 From the desk of Russell Twiford, Vice President and CEO. To our stockholders and any other interested parties. Well, Thanksgiving has come and gone already, and your company is just about ready to make it’s move to become a major player in the armor industry and the recovery of precious metal from aquifers, as well as lake, river and sea waters. As you all know by now, or should know by now, your company has a license to make the material called Kryron that the new and valuable body armor plates are made out of. We also have a license to produce and market the armor plates. We are awaiting one final test to determine the dispersement of the energy from the bullets to avoid any trauma to the human body. The armor does not allow any shrapnel to fly around after hitting the vest. Once this has been certified we will begin immediate production of the Kryron and as soon as the right equipment has been located and placed on site we will begin making the armor plates. This division could possibly produce millions of dollars per year in profits while saving countless lives. Our precious metal recovery division is still active, and we hope to have the needed funding shortly after the first of December, to do the necessary research needed to increase our recovery of gold, platinum, palladium and possibly rhodium. One other thing, it appears that we have certain market makers playing with our stock to purchase cheap and then drive it up so they can make a quarter of a cent to maybe a half a cent per share. I do not wish to think that any of our stockholders would place themselves in a position to sell their very valuable stock that cheap. Have a very Merry Christmas and an extremely happy and prosperous New Year and when our stock price hits a dollar per share we can all be very thankful to the good Lord for helping us to make it happen.
