Update To Shareholders

2-18-10

From the desk of Russell Twiford, Vice President and CEO.

GPGI announces they have a license from JBIT and Bourque Alloys to produce a new industrial super material that can be utilized in the development of new plastics, rubber and metals.  The name of this revolutionary material is called Kryron.  The Kryron aluminum alloy material will be utilized as strike plate providing the military and local law enforcement with a new type of body armor, stronger and lighter and much safer than armor presently in use. The copper and aluminum alloys promises to replace the electricity lines for the failing national Power Grid, (E-Grid) as well as producing new copper and zinc mining refinement products.  It is a composite alloy that possesses unique properties, which offer highly valuable and marketable applications to a vast array of global industries.  The distinctive and innovative material traits of these copper and aluminum alloys make it very hard, but non brittle, superior conductivity, extreme shock and corrosion resistant, with an astonishing rate of heat dissipation-a material truly beyond its  time.  World wide patents cover the Kryron.

Global has received its first Purchase Orders from JBIT to produce the first aluminum armor plates at the GPGI facility located south of Coolidge, AZ. starting the 15th day of February, 2010. Independent certification of the armor strike plates should be completed in the next few weeks.

According to the corporate business plan issued by JBIT and Bourque Alloys, JBIT is in a position to become world-recognized company and is estimated to have a Billion dollars in revenues within 5 years.

As GPGI continues to increase its production facilities, its cash flow should roughly parallel the growth of JBIT and Bourque Alloys.

Funding is also eminent for the final phase of the precious metals recovery from the aquifer waters, to determine maximum recovery of platinum/gold/palladium from 1000 gallon tanks.  Providing we are successful in the recovery of the metals in the amount we anticipate, limited production will begin immediately.
