Update To Shareholders

Dear stockholders and interested parties:  I have been asked by numerous stockholders to post the 9 page document we have put together regarding your company, giving you an idea of what we have accomplished and what we would like to do in the future.  It will be posted on the homepage of our website.  At the present time we are very low on funds, but  we did visit with the SBA and were directed to a SCORE representative.  It took him about 5 minutes to tell us that the Director said we were in too much of a speculative business and they could not help us arrange ay loans.  So consequently we would deeply appreciate any short term loans of any size that could be arranged.  Any loans would be secured by promissory notes or perhaps some other method of repayment.  If any of our readers have any interest in helping out please get in touch with me at tuif04@aol.com or 480-686-1607.

We will be having several  persons representing companies with the capabilities of funding us on site during the month of April so we will let you know if we have any success.  In the meantime we will continue to try to recover higher values in our gold production, using the small amount of inquart we have left.  One positive note, Pinal County has graded and improved our access road from HW87 considerably, so come and visit us any time.
