Update To Shareholders 9-9-2009 From the desk of Russell Twiford, Vice President in charge of research; Dear Stockholders and interested parties. I am sorry in being so long in bringing you up to date. We have been working with several groups that are interested in doing a joint venture with us. Please have patience, within the next two weeks we should have some definite decisions. We are working hard to do what is the best for your company. We are interviewing for a new president, to replace Scott Gardner who passed away from pancreatic cancer months ago and think we might have found the ideal person to handle the job. More about this party in our next news release. At this time we would like to welcome Mr. Andreas Siegmund, one of the most noted chemist and metallurgists in the industry. He was president of Quemetco Metals Ltd. From 2004 – 2008 and owner of LanMetCon and educated at Technische UIniversitat Berlin, he has a Phd in Metallurgical Engineering 2000-2005 and his groups are: ASIAN MINING INDUSTRY NETWORK. Welcome aboard as a director Mr. Siegmund. We are currently looking at a number of different projects, which if they work out will be profitable for your company. I am not at liberty to describe these particular projects yet but that shall be forthcoming in one of our next releases. In the mean time we are continually looking for ways to increase our gold production from our aquifer waters. So until the next release, please be patient and keep the faith, we really do have everything under control as you will find out in the near future.
